I worked at UNC in the 80s and the bosses just set up a TV in the break room and didn't even TRY to discourage everyone from hanging out there most of the day. Also there was department-wide bracket betting. Good times.

Yesterday I had the day off work & I slept late, took a 2.5 mile solo walk around the neighborhood, did a little laundry, & had a sorely needed therapy appointment. (Always affirming when yr therapist says, "That IS a lot!") And today I feel... okay? Pretty good actually? I think that was a reset.
