I try to recycle as much as I can now, but there’s so much friggin’ packaging and plastic about, I can’t keep up! ☘️
Thanks for sharing Bydi! J
Thank you for sharing!
A big ask, I know, but I’m looking for a couple of Irish based beta readers for my revised edition of Stones Corner, Turmoil before mid Feb…Any offers? JB ☘️

You gotta listen to this when you’re walking your dog, cat or whatever especially on a dark Monday morning! ☘️
Reader numbers are demising, keep books affordable. Indie bookstores can barely make a profit on paper backs?
I’m sorry. But I have no idea what you’re talking about…
Ah feck…
We often talk about the power of reading, but what about the power of handwriting? It’s such a special, tangible connection to the person behind the words. One of my favourite things about visiting bookshops like Chapters in Dublin is finding messages like these left behind—powerful, loving, and sometimes deeply poignant. They’re little glimpses into someone else’s story. Handwriting is beautiful, but we’re slowly losing it to keyboards. That’s why I write letters, postcards, or even a quick note—it’s a way to say, I love you, I miss you, or simply thank you in a way no text or email ever could. So why not give it a go? Write someone a postcard or leave a note in their coat pocket. A small gesture like that can mean so much more than you realise and make someone's day! #chaptersbookstoredublin #handwriting #HandwritingSkills #love

Nothing to do with writing but a worthy cause. Frozen and windy but I’m glad I did my bit. ☘️
A fantastic night at CAP Indie Awards at @chaptersbookstore.bsky.social thank you! ☘️
I’m doing the very same for my first book including new covers! ☘️
Can you add me please?
When a reader sends you a message like this, I’m lost for words (doesn’t happen often!) 😜 ☘️
I know. I learned so much whilst doing the research. The books are a tough read but there are some humorous moments. Humour kept us all going! J☘️
Hey Elise, I’m Irish and have written a tetralogy based on true events and my life growing up during the Troubles here in the North of Ireland ☘️
I only joined yesterday! ☘️
I know. I’m my worse enemy!
Definitely 👍 but we’d likely waste it again. 😜
Good luck! ☘️ You’ll nail it!
I’m on it! Open to suggestions mind you. Off to do the housework now. 🚿
I’m approaching 60! I’m doomed 😂
Delighted to join! I’m an author from Derry/Londonderry who will never stop learning. Can someone answer one question, please. Is it true the older you get, the faster 24 hrs disappears?! I’ve so many things I want to do, but too little time 😂 ☘️
Hey Anna, I’m new to this. What do I do first? Can you please add me to the Irish gang? JB ☘️
