Today has been "a day" ... had four annoyed patients in succession ... (only one had an actual point). Luckily the docs and nurses were lovely today and patient with me as the other admin went home sick. I may hug the couch for a bit though to recover!

there's a potential thru line match but it' only to my dad (not to me because it's too small) suggesting she's a half 6th cousin to him. Which puts our MCRA born around 1735 - I've not validated my line out that far so I won't be looking further at this point. It's too small a match.

Ah ... I must admit I'm finding it difficult to catch up as the feed doesn't seem to show all mentions, and the search i just found a bit chaotic. Will have to keep trying!

Petition: Decriminalise Abortion I am calling on the UK government to remove abortion from criminal law so that no pregnant person can be criminalised for procuring their own abortion.

Between 1861 and 2022, three people were prosecuted in England and Wales for getting an abortion. Since 2022, at least seven people have been prosecuted. We need to decriminalise abortion properly.
