32. The favourite fic title.
Unexpectedly tough question bc man, I suck at giving titles to fics, half of them are song lines, or sayings, or what not.
I think I like a bit βBinominal coefficientβ - it was a typo in the beginning but it still makes sense even misspelled so I let it be.
The best plan I can come up with is listing the key scenes (and more so in the co-authored text for both authorsβ convenience). I took as example the one in Russian to avoid possible spoilers but they all look more or less the same, very succinct and not that helpful haha.
I like to imagine myself with the board, and red strings, like the guy from Pepe Silvia conspiracy meme, but it (sadly) mostly happens in my head, I am somewhat almost scared to pour it on paper or in some app like tableau. Maybe it has something to do with βjinxingβ a fic by retelling the plot.
10. Outlines. I usually donβt do them bc what outline you need for a 2K words PWP.
When it comes to plot it is a struggle: on one hand I feel like I need a plan, on the other - writing a fic often is a way for me to unfold the story in a process (a shitty excuse for inability to write non-linear)

The realest! Sometimes I post a chapter, reread it next day with the fresh eyes and want to ask βhey, author, whatβs next?β before remembering that itβs me. Iβm the author π π±
10. How much I write before I post - until it feels like logically enough? Idk honestly, Iβm incapable of writing the whole story and only then share it, if itβs a chaptered fic, I feel the urge to share asap and get rid of the written chapter from the top of my wip document π
18. What POV to write in - since Iβm usually starting from one scene in my head this sceneβs POV is already determined, then if the fic is getting longer I decide if I want to show the other perspective. I like writing unreliable narrators though and donβt really know how to do omniscient POV.
Oh thatβs very well formulated, indeed the story sometimes needs to be written first. Idk if thereβs such a thing like author spoiling their story to themselves but it happened to me a couple of times.

One of the loveliest experiences I ever had was a Big-bang reverse fest where artists made pieces, and then writers worked with them writing the story inspired by the initial artwork and planning more illustrations, it was really a banger.β€οΈβπ₯
34. Collaborations. Yes, gods, I love to co-write! (That also means that the poor fella canβt avoid yapping). I also love the format of exchanging short stories with other ficwriters set in the same general plot or theme and work with artists πππ
17. Discuss fics or not? Well if I find someone at whom I can start yapping theyβre definitely not safe anymore, but I also have this toxic trait to share a finished work - which is usually easy with the oneshot format; I tend to write those short ones quick and canβt wait to show off when itβs done
I can relate so much! Sometimes itβs so scary to start writing the scene which looks perfect in your head just bc what if you ruin it?! π (you wonβt!)
