A guide titled: "How to make your sketches GLOW!", using a sketch of OP's OC as an example. There are visual references with screenshots of Clip Studio Paint UI along with guiding text, reading: "select your entire current layer (hold ctrl + click your layer)... ...and then shrink your selected area" with an image of the Clip Studio Paint selection menu bar. "now invert your selected area... ...and then create a new layer, clipped to your sketch/line layer, and fill! (for a little extra seasoning, you can set your sketch/line to multiply and fill it! <3)
