I am actually in need of this kind of more casual, reactive dad joke, but I love reading all the dad jokes everyone is bringing. I think you get to the heart of the dad joke as the conversational tripwire for the child.

Excellent dad jokery all around! I have a friend (not a dad in reality, but in spirit) who does the しょうがない one, and I cackle with delight every time.

One of my personal faves is (which is less a joke-joke, but still a dad joke in my opinion):

I have absolutely been there. Just scratching your head at every single line until someone goes, well, if only the rocket hadn't exploded, we wouldn't be stuck here in space. And then all the pieces snap together like rare earth magnets.

My Canadian self can't help but laugh when the weather person tells us 厳しい寒さが戻ります while announcing a low of three degrees. My Japanese self, however, shudders at the thought of being so cold once more.

Oh yeah, there aren't really any agencies. I was excited that you were thinking about starting one yourself. There's a niche that needs to be filled!
