Last night at trivia, I was telling friends about how sleepy I still was (after sleeping for like 1/3 of the weekend, and about six hours during the day yesterday), one of them was like “Well, you’re anemic, right?” and y’all. It was like all the lightbulbs in the city clicked on at once.

Did they only use found materials to build the place?! (And the word “build” is a real stretch, tbh. “Assemble” seems a little more honest.)

I honestly make them with turkey more often than chicken, but they’ve been a crowd pleaser since my girls were young! It’s my favorite way to use ground turkey, since you can really season them well so that they actually have flavor and aren’t so… turkey ish. 😅
