As someone who’s tumblr account was built off of an odyseidon fanfic that I got somewhat well known for, then branched off to Bluesky, I take it as a slap in the face personally

I don’t care how people take the ship, it’ll always be my favorite

You can dislike a ship, but the reason being “it’s out of character” and that Odysseus/Poseidon was traumatized are the most stupid reasons you could think of

Use that creative brain of yours and go off script. Do more than what the narration gave you. That’s the whole POINT of a fucking fandom

Odyseidon would literally be them understanding each others flaws and forgiving

If you like the toxic route, go for it. That makes it more entertaining to some people, sometimes even I indulge in that concept
