Why are we stuck with her as the DFL candidate? I am not a political person but I hate when these things seem to be decided in some backroom. Shouldn't there be a public process? The only issue I know she cares about is rural MN farming. I'd like someone less squishy.

Perhaps. I am pretty angry with her for her astonishing silence about the attacks on trans people at the federal level. Knowing Walz was steadfast in his support of trans rights helped me sleep at night. I hate the thought of losing that.

I would feel a lot more comfortable with a governor who has shown more backbone dealing with MAGA/Trump than Klobuchar has. I could see her giving back the Confederate flag.

If Klobuchar is our next governor, I fear we'll stop being a trans sanctuary state.
