I’ve been hunting for one of these (I could afford) for years and finally found one! @thehorrormaster.bsky.social masterpiece is in my top 5 fave movies ever so I’m stoked to finally add the original THE THING movie one-sheet to my walls.
One of my earliest bits as a 15 year old stand-up in 1987 was about this model, which was in the news for its tendency to roll over. I'd say: "Quick impression" then I'd do a summersault and pop to my feet - "Suzuki Samurai!"
It worked really well for about a month.
