I was at The Glad Cafe in Glasgow on Friday night to see The Sexual Objects supported by The Secret Goldfish-both bands were excellent but The Sexual Objects are just on a different level, they are fucking magnificent!

I visited this place last week and was absolutely blown away. What a resource, and slap bang in the middle of Manhattan.

My great uncle Dan was a bad man and a Gorbals gangster in the 1930s, here’s his mugshot from one of his many arrests.
These are the only photographs of him I have ever seen. If he wasn’t such a bad guy I’d never have known what he looked like!
