My kid's laptop bluetooth loves to connect to my treadmill (in another room) instead of his headphones for some reason, and I keep promising him I'll keep my treadmill off between sessions but honestly it is so funny when my treadmill starts saying "hello? hello?" in the voice of his gaming buddy.

NO DOMINION was a side quest, if it helps? It wasn't part of the originally released series from the original publisher, it was a Kickstarter/self published project. A LOT of people found it, but not everyone. :)
That depends on format, imho. 600 for mass market, not that anybody cares about those anymore, 900ish for trade, and hardback is probably in the region of 12-1500 but holy god that would be a big book.
