It was a lovely sunny day at @pandasbooksandrecords today and we had lots of lovely customers. Dancing and singing might have happened in the shop with music from Daft Punk, The Eels, Donna Summer, Anita Ward, Madonna, and Portishead among others. Open again tomorrow at 11.00.
Panda wanted a new layout in the shop so directed a bit of a redesign. We now have a section for new arrivals when you first come in, dedicated shelves for cook books, food and drink, and a special bay for records.
We have a new staff member in the shop. He seems quite relaxed about his responsibilities.
We’ve been working hard to expand the stock in the shop. There are more sections, more books, more records, more choice and more pandas.
