You can disable the framerate lock by changing the value in the .ini file to 9999
Arkham Knight has a lock of 60, I'm sure your PC can go higher.
My PC runs it at 4k with max settings at over 100fps average. The best way to enjoy Arkham Knight. Shame the consoles never got a current gen upgrade.
