I get this. When mine were little, I'd go back to school in September for a rest. The youngest is 19 now. It has got much easier. Hang in there.

I did the jump from Y6 to Reception. I loved both year groups. You see faster jumps in learning in the EYFS. And, there is more love! More of other things too!
We mapped fractions looking at how the knowledge builds across the years. It was great to see where the concepts started and where they needed to go.
I ran one a few years ago. It was a great way of getting primary and secondary colleagues to understand what each key stage taught.
