Crown prosecutor is asking for me to do jail time for two assaults in construction workers that I didn’t even commit. In 2024 two men falsely report RCMP that I assaulted them, I was convicted after trial, the two men lied on the stand. I showed video evidence that disproves the the men’s’ lies.

The appeals have been filed. The court of appeal will hear our appeal, likely in Kamloops later this year. The next court would be the Supreme Court of Canada and it’s unlikely that this can be further appealed if this isn’t successful.

I’m serving a BC court ordered sentence right now for Trans Mountain pipeline charges. Most recently my 24/7 confinement changed to curfew of 10pm to 6am. So I have been able to leave my residence and walk the mountains. I lack employment, basic needs, and am overwhelmed over legal debt.

Another person is dead at the hands of federal agents. This morning, ICE/CBP tackled a man in broad daylight, beat him, and shot him in the chest while he was on the ground. There is video. This execution was carried out by federal agents in public. There are no bounds to their lawlessness.
