While i am broadly in favour of a managerial change, the three names we've been linked with aren't really doing it for me. Feels like a massive overcorrection towards the 'prem experience' thing. Baring in mind Slot and Arteta didn't have any prem experience, doesnt seem like a huge deal to me

Just because we disagree doesn't necessarily mean you're absolutely correct and that i'm an idiot. I think that even accounting for injuries, we shouldn't be level on points with Everton (who themselves have had large amounts of injuries). That's the explaination behind why i think we need change

What if the base we have isn't stable? I would argue this manager hasn't done enough to prove that he is the one to build the project around. We have 44 points in our last 38 league games - that is not a base I think we should want to build from
