This thought is about 1000x milder than the emotion behind it, but the nerve of people claiming their religion as a shield while behaving in the least Christlike manner possible… Their whole business model (they’re looking for compensation through lawsuits when they manage to provoke someone into defending themselves/ their children from their aggressive postures) is “Let’s injure children for fun and profit!”. Sure. Sounds Jesus-approved. 🙄 Sometimes I wish I believed in Hell just so I could hold some level of confidence men like these were going there.

My oldest made us the best dinner: Scotch eggs, baked beans, and roasted tomatoes. No idea what inspired this bounty but I’m so pleased with and proud of my talented and generous kiddos.😍🍽️❤️

Dealing with my anxiety by Making, as usual, but the weighted blanket I’m stitching up is for my kid to take to college in a few weeks, which is feeding my anxiety. The leaving, not the making, but it’s curiously circular. 🥹/🥺🧵🪡💙💙💙

Found some good peaches this week and preserved them in my kids’ favorite way. Best on vanilla ice cream, but great on pound cake or just straight out of the jar. 😊🍑🍦🍰☀️
