I have been incapacitated since Tuesday as my back seized up ☹️ on meds, tens machine in place,physio and a pain consultation booked. Am enjoying the last bit of twinkle before the brighter, lighter days return to harsh my mellow. Tonight we dine on roast chicken and Call the Midwife on the telly 💕💫🍷

Arsenal aged me ten years there. Apart from that a lovely Sunday spent reading and relaxing after a bit of domestics. Fresh bedding on, a good night on the telly (we are re watching Rivals in prep for the new series) and obvs Call the Midwife. Tonight we dine on roast beef with all the trimmings 💕💫🍷

Back from the vet with Marv and all is well. The vet we saw today is going to talk to the cardiologist to see if we need to be adding in any other meds, but apart from a bit of increased respiratory effort when he lays down, all the same. His murmur is not worse, and no fluid on the chest 🥰🩵

My pretty little 1 year old boy is going into heart failure, which was inevitable following his diagnosis last year. I hoped it wouldn’t get here so soon though. Appointment on Monday to discuss options, and am hoping it can be managed with medication. If not, I have a decision to make 💔

Haha, I had a Winnie the Pooh, but he was made of hard rubber, so I used to leave him out, and when my dad was putting me to bed he used to say “don’t worry Winnie, hopefully it won’t be too cold tonight” so I would always end up with rigid Winnie the Pooh in bed with me and the others 😂

Them Sky sports presenters and commentators are wanking themselves silly over the fact that Man City won today. Let’s hope my Arsenal shut their clanging manholes up in the weeks to come.

My son once left his lunch box at school on a Friday, so I sent him with a spare one on Monday. When I picked him up, the teacher came out and said he had had to have a school dinner because his sandwiches were mouldy. He’d taken fucking Fridays lunchbox into lunch 🙄😂

I’m reading a series of books ( romantic thrillers ) that I’m very much enjoying, but the author keeps making everyone “bite the inside of their cheek” to stop saying/thinking/doing something and it’s annoying me 😂

Perfect day so far. Did all chores yesterday. All cosy with feet up and a book and snowy ambience on the telly and now it has started snowing for real ! I willed it into existence. Chicken and chorizo pie on the menu tonight 💕💫🍷❄️❄️❄️
