2/3: You need an indexed online presence. Set up GBP last!!
First, set up:
1. Facebook
2. Yelp
3. Bing
4. Apple Maps
5. Other random listings, 5-10 of them. Eg. Yellowpages, Super Pages, etc
6. Aggregators (Data Axle, Foursquare, Localeze)
You can do this various ways. I use Whitespark
You can avoid video verification for Google Business Profile (most of the time) if you have two weeks' notice.
