You need to keep the volume to "just barely can hear it." It takes some adjustment. What volume level are you using? It can get weird. Start with short sessions. I have been using binaurals for almost a year and my brain has adjusted.

As a non AI tech person, I can see this behavior bleeding out to human to human interactions in some people, thus creating some serious issues. However, it might be a great dating tool to weed out those you don't wish to date. "Show me your AI prompts" could become a dating requirement.
