Art doesn't have to seem to have substance. Just scribble. Draw random lines. Word vomit onto paper. Play random sounds that seem correct. Pump your negativity into the medium. Whether or not others like it, it's for you. It's your emotions on display. Pure. Unfiltered. Beautiful.
