In July of 2024, I attended the National Federation of the Blind's national convention in Orlando, FL, #NFB24 . I presented at the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children conference with my IEP Advocacy cohort to help teach parents soft negotiation skills.

In May 2024, I was selected to particibate in the National Federation of the Blind #NFB IEP Advocacy Academy seminar in Baltimore. Our cohort learned a lot about education law and negotiation skills to better advocate for #blind students. #disability #advocacy #education

In spring of 2024, both #Uada and #Wayfarer played in #Missoula; they are two of my favorite bands and it was incredible. In May, my partner and I went to Northwest Terrorfest #NWTF in Seattle again. It was amazing. Highlights included #Amenra ,Giant Squid and #Habak . #metal

2/24: I wanted to be a functional #metal #drummer so I started a band where I had to do that. We're all dudes in our 30s though so we hardly have time to meet and practice and we still have no singer. It's fun, though, and I guess that's the point.

I used to work in a grocery warehouse and they store bananas is these huge, garage-like rooms filled with some gas that keeps them from ripening that smells like bananas. Now I don't know if the smell I think is "banana" is actually the banana smell or the smell of the gas. At least it smells good
