Probably a basic answer but honestly? Super Mario 64, I think I've replayed it about 100 times in my life.
But if it just like, drops you into the boring part for hours without any context it feels kinda overwhelming almost. Like, give me something to care about please I have no idea what's going on.
If a game's gonna be slow like that, I think one thing that helps is if it at least has a good hook in the form of an opening cutscene or something so that it feels like there's a pay off/that your building up to something.

Literally every time they add an important/lore heavy side quest in Genshin ๐ I'll fall behind on the archon quest and character quests for WEEKS to make sure I have all the lore context first. Worst of it was probably the Aranara quest ๐ญ
