Our CO utility does not allow EVs to be used as house batteries. The reason I heard is parts of the grid cannot support this and EVs could move between homes. They are concerned an EV could feed power back into the grid and electrify a line they have previously cut power to during an emergency.
Some thoughts:
1. The deadline for nominating a person or group for the Nobel Peace Prize is Feb. 1.
2. History professors are qualified nominators.
3. The people of Minnesota have been awe-inspiringly peaceful in the face of state violence.
