How I disconnected and relaxed this morning, a 3 mile hike alone through a state park that is near my parents house. Only fell once, but had 4-5 almost wipe outs. I was passed by two people wearing ice boot clamps and had walking sticks. I was ill prepared ๐, yet I finished.
