Southwest says it will end all service to and from Dulles Airport as of June 4. The company sent me a statement saying it's part of "ongoing efforts to refine its network." Southwest says it will continue to have a large presence at BWI and DCA.
Reagan National says the package was cleared by Arlington County Fire around 10:20. There are a number of delays, and not just at Concourse D. In addition to the incident, the weather here and elsewhere is certainly not ideal today so that is affecting flights also. #DCA
BREAKING: Concourse D is now back open at Reagan National Airport after it was evacuated earlier after the airport says a suspicious package was found in a break room. If you watch to the end of the video, youβll see police coming out of the entrance to Concourse D.

NEW: Virginia State Police gave pics & info about a car crashing onto the Metro tracks near Dunn Loring today. Police believe the driver reached for his E-Z Pass & ran off the road. Snow/ice acted as a ramp that launched the car airborne. The driver is charged w/reckless driving.

EVA Air has announced starting June 26 it will offer four round-trip direct flights a week between Dulles & Taipei in Taiwan. Currently there are no flights between the DC area & Taiwan without at least one layover.

Best answer is inconsistent. Some arenβt too bad, others are still buried under snow. The head of Montgomery County DOT says both are a priority for crews, especially near schools. Today they concentrated on the University Boulevard/Piney Branch/New Hampshire Ave area.
