No wonder adhd meds didn’t work I was given stuff for the way I was acting. I masked as the opposite of who I was.

After a really long time of not remembering who I am, being lost under layers of trauma and masks I remember who I am. While I will have to learn to not mask around others I know who I’m meant to be. Being hyper and excited around others was never how I originally was I was quiet.

Being held by a friend or someone more than a friend it’s so nice and warm and it feels safe and like you belong somewhere.

What’s your greatest fear?

For me I’d say it’s being forgotten. It just hurts so bad that even the thought of it tends to make me break down.
