i think it is ok to reiterate that the victim as a us citizen. yes, noncitizens are equally entitled to human rights. but also, it's important to illustrate how ice isn't about immigration at all

Mickey’s family continues to post tributes to her on her IG. It’s a sad reminder how short life can be. Find joy, care about others, tell people you love them more, and don’t let the world harden your soul too much. It ends for all but the journey doesn’t have to be so cold.
