But if you want any recommendations, I’d say that the most popular eras amongst Spirou fans are Franquin (from 1948 to 1969), and Tome & Janry (from 1982 to 1998)
Some of my personal favourite albums are ‘QRN on Bretzelburg’, ‘The prisoner of the Buddha’, ‘Valley of the exiles’

tbh, I read the albums in no particular order (each album is its own story), sometimes some characters return to the story but I never felt lost. I think you can pick any album that catches your curiosity! ❤️🐿️
