walking definitely helps! i've read different tips, where is says a mix of walking for a couple of minutes and then essentially jogging at a conversational pace for a few minutes is even a good place to begin, to help get the heart rate up, rather than fully going into a sprint/long run off the bat

there's obviously more to the running process, like shoes, training properly to prepare depending on your level. i'm no expert, but if you have a question, i can try to help based on my own running experiences!

i've just started to! i'm running my first 5k in a few months. i use this app, nike run club. it's very helpful (and free) it has different programs (beginner-pro) to follow where someone talks you through the running process. it's worth checking out and a place to start.

absolutely love that of the cut scenes from the rookie 8x10, one of the scenes was bailey walking, but longer, meaning we would have seen her clacking her heels down a hallway for 25 seconds 😂😂
