On Jodie Foster’s enthusiastic recommendation last night, just watched Orlando von Einsiedel’s doc CYCLE OF LOVE and absolutely adored. A movie for hopeless romantics like me, who believe in meant-for-each other & would cycle for thousands of miles for love. #Telluride
Though my Telluride dispatch features a new Paolo Sorrentino film and a Claire Foy Lee movie about grief, the major highlight is the tender and heartwarming documentary THE CYCLE OF LOVE.

Just finished watching the documentary on Netflix, The Lost Children. Gorgeous work! Heartbreaking. It’s about 4 children who were in a plane crash & survived 40 days in the Amazon. Reminded me of the importance of listening to Indigenous people and Mother Nature

The Lost Children on Netflix. The best film I have seen so far this year..Indigenous voices and ways vs the Catholic Soldiers/ a country dealing with oppression for its resources by other countries the toll on the people on both sides..a lesson for all of us-This film is Oscar worthy.
