Text “sign PVKAHC” to 50409 & tell your officials to impeach Trump and stop Musk
The letter you’ll send your senators reads: Elon Musk was not confirmed by Congress, his department was never officially created by an act of Congress, and no one but President Trump has given him any authority. We both know that’s outside the scope of the presidential powers awarded by the constitution, so why is Elon Musk being allowed unfettered access to sensitive information? This needs to be stopped immediately. Additionally the number of executive orders that have been signed by President Trump that are being challenged by numerous states and organizations is getting out of hand. This is presidential abuse of power—it’s time to file articles of impeachment. The things he’s attempting to do (or actually doing) will hurt both sides of the aisle. It’s time to stand on principle for your constituents, instead of standing on party politics.
Write your senators—pass it on!

Have we? Finally made it to the end of January???
Congress obviously makes the laws determining where the funds go, but I don’t know how much of deciding when and to who they are disbursed gets left to the actual agencies.
All it says for exceptions is “assistance received directly by individuals.” I was hoping for clarity on VA benefits. I’m getting laid off, & my husband’s benefits are our only income until I find a job.
There is this nugget “to the extent permissible under law” so hopefully the laws are detailed 🤞🏻
The first time Alaska tried to get Denali recognized as the official federal name was in 1975, and they had been calling it Denali for decades before that.
Similarly to Pres McKinley, I’ve also never been to Alaska, so I’ll be deferring to indigenous peoples and other locals on its name.

One thing you will never think after reading a great book or listening to a great album or seeing a great piece of art is, “I’m really glad this person remained cautious while they were making this and guarded against being perceived as weird.”

Snow is melting on the rust colored dirt and cliff faces in Capitol Reef National Park. Everything is bathed in a gold light, and the clouds are wispy and thin, streaking across the sky.
The sun is starting to set behind the thick layer of clouds on the horizon near Koosharem, Utah, creating a golden glow above the mountain line, with some greyish blue spots where the clouds are too thick for the light to pass through. Further up in the sky are some wispy clouds steaming across the sky, echoing the same colors as the horizon line. All across the ground and mountain and a thin layer of melting snow.

Ah yeah, that makes sense. It’s definitely a move slow kind of hike. It helps to have trekking poles, but even then, still gotta be cautious.

Basically my point is that I love pattern design even when it’s frustrating.
Had a frustrating night with some patterns I’m working on, but still more mad that I had to work late at my day job than I am that I fought with patterns all night (and still haven’t solved my issue lol).
