I just saw my first bumblebee of the year, so here’s a fun fact about me: until I moved to England at the age of 29 I had no idea that bumblebees were a separate species to honey bees. We don’t have bumblebees in my part of Western Australia and I had only seen them in children’s books, so… 1/2

This year I am getting my beloved 1980s Playmobil figurines and assorted compatible furniture down from the loft and making them little homes to live in on display. I hauled them over here from Australia, they should get to live again. I’m 45 and no one can tell me no.
