Sunday we continued to develop their skills and knowledge by supporting them to exploring their values, beliefs, teamwork, listening, negotiation and prioritisation by having some difficult conversations about biscuits, what matters to them & other local young people in their futures. 2/3
Fabulous weekend working with some amazing new advisors on @youthscotland.org.uk #iLead empower programme. They were expanding their communication, problem-solving, decision-making skills and building or beginning their leadership journeys on the Saturday, as well as having a great laugh 1/2

We were also offering FREE #Hi5 awards, everyone who participated gained a SCQF L2 or Nat 2 for attending an amazing day, trying new experiences, boosting their confidence in talking to others, proudly taking part in their 1st pride march, letting them be who they want to be & new friendships 2/3
