4/ One line in particular from this interview hit me as a nonbinary person: “I believe everyone has all of it in them. I’ve always felt like that” & that’s something I’ve personally felt too, that every individual has elements of them that exist outside the binary they were forced into at birth.
3/ Colman shares that she’s “never felt massively feminine in my being female”, & that she’s “always described myself to my husband as a gay man” - a feeling many gender conforming individuals feel in relationships, particularly when dating a cisgender straight individual!
2/ Colman discussed her feelings about gender in an interview promoting her latest film, Jimpa. Saying that she has ‘always felt sort of nonbinary’ & that the binaries of gender are problematic to many folks, even cisgender individuals!
