I was excited this morning to see that season 2 of Paradise was out on Hulu and I went to go text my dad about it to see when we could watch party it.

Because truthfully other people really don’t think about you all that much, and some people really struggle with that realization.
It makes it much easier to resolve conflict when you don’t automatically take someone pointing out something shitty you did as an attack on character.
It makes it easier to work through things when you don’t automatically assume the other person is hostile towards you
Good friendships and relationships, including the one you have with yourself, are a lot better if you believe that you are good, and you can unintentionally cause harm to other people.
Then also recognize that other people are probably good and also can unintentionally hurt others.
