I think Carlos Sainzβs drive in the sprint will give Williams a little lift.

How the hell does Siri get from βPlay band Fin del Mundoβ (which I asked for) to βHighway to Hell by AC/DCβ (which Siri decided was what I asked)
Ah Siri. I actually love you because youβre dumb (because youβre more privacy focused).

A beautiful speech; so pared back, yet so powerful.
GDC's 2026 IGF winner calls out U.S. cruelty at home and abroad
Just belatedly deleted a repost that, on reflection, almost certainly was (partially) gen-AI. Hate that it slipped the filter.
When my A1 Mini deposits that little bit of discarded filament onto my desk I can't resist rolling it in my fingers while it's still warm and soft.

Just discovered Fin del Mundo, a fab shoegaze band from Argentina. Their music just flows through me in a most delightful way. I become a happy little foot-tappy, head-bobby, thing. Spanish lyrics that I admittedly don't understand, but I don't care about that.

Entertaining so far!
As Martin Brundle pointed out, in the 80s drivers managed their turbo in similar ways to deliver a boost. Balancing turbo lag, fuel consumption, mix balance. It was very technical. Not so different.
Those who aren't immediately winning under new regs are going to complain, it's human nature.
Yesterday I was praising Alex Dunne in the sprint race, but the feature, oh boy. That was bad.
Very entertaining race. This new era is starting out pretty well. #f1
I am so programmed to look at my phone when I wake that watching it live is the only real way to avoid spoilers. And itβs just a little more exciting watching live, maybe?
Screenshot of an iPhone alarm set for half past three in the morning.
Almost time for the Melbourne Grand Prix 2026. β°
I was on an anti-AI rant with a colleague recently and guessed this was probably happening, but I had no idea it would be this severe.
It was a reminder to stop reading! π
Itβs so flattering that Apple think I could afford to buy my mum an IPad for Motherβs Day. Every year with the email. I wish I was the son they think I am.
A half dozen red iPads are an ideal gift for any occasion.
Just watched the first #f2 sprint of the year. Such enjoyable racing. Iβm a Dunne fan and I thought he drove such a controlled race. Really good job.
I just woke up early-ish. About to watch. Should probably get off social media immediately. Your post was the first I saw and so far no spoilers.
Tis the time of year wherein you must remind people who think they're Irish that
1) Irish people don't think "Paddy" is offensive, but calling us Patty's (and Patty's Day) is.
2) The shamrock has 3 leaves, not 4.
And when they correct YOU (or tell you you're being offensive) they're wrong.

Women hating is pathetic 'cause women are awesome.
I had to tell Christopher Lloyd, Back to the Futureβs Doc Brown, that someone had put a brick through his Range Roverβs window.

No Wheetabix, no problem.
Just a half-eggβs worth. So adult. Such restraint.
An image of Hitler, sitting with his arms folded and smiling, in front of some chintzy curtains. The added text, in a meme-style Impact font, has Donald Trump's words "I picked those drapes". The original image appears to be from a post card and contains the phrase "the peaceful leader" in German on the bottom right corner. Interesting parallels with "Board of Peace" Trump.
So good to hear this again. It's been a while and a half.

I have Brennan's Batch in the freezer, bananas and peanut butter. It might have to happen.
This made me go "oooohh-hoooohh-hoo" in a slightly unseemly way.
Thereβs a damn betting company ad that runs regularly on YouTube for me and itβs clearly AI and it looks like a blurry bag of ass. So irritating.
We have two Jack Russels and, despite having all the access one might theoretically want, it has in fact only increased my joy and excitement every time I see one. Such great dogs.
