They’re talking about how Iran could load drones onto a cargo ship or something and then launch them from 1,000 miles out or so. It’s similar to an attack Ukraine launched on Russian strategic bombers a year ago using trucks to get the drones in range inside of Russia. It’s theoretical, for now.
