I don't know how long this democracy experiment will last, we have seen other nations fall. At least for now the Constitution is holding fast while we watch Republicans assault it and Orange Felon try to wear a crown. We need it to hold fast so he can be impeached. The sooner the better!!

A tweet by Staff Sergeant Gonell, Aquilino. The tweet reads: 'The Republicans who WE, the officers protected and saved—the ones that ran in fear for their lives on Jan 6 are giving tours to the marauders and treating them honorably, giving them a hero’s welcome instead of the officers who risked their lives for them. All while claiming they back the blue.'

The GOP in Congress are indeed an ungrateful set of cowardly miscreants.

A tweet by Kyle Griffin. The tweet reads: 'Pamela Hemphill, who pleaded guilty for her role in the Capitol riot and was sentenced to 60 days in prison, has refused her Trump pardon: "Accepting a pardon would only insult the Capitol police officers, rule of law and, of course, our nation." "I pleaded guilty because I was guilty, and accepting a pardon also would serve to contribute to their gaslighting and false narrative." bbc.com/news/'.

One of them has seen the light and walked toward it.
