Just say women. This is taking forever.

Social media post: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez @AOC You are totally making things up. I'm not even worth $1 million. Nor even $500k. I don't even own a house! I am one of the lowest net worth members of Congress, trade no stock, and take no outside income. My filings are public. I loathe corruption, and your lying is disgusting. Mila Joy @MilaLovesJoe BREAKING: Trump called for an investigation to find out who in the government has been getting kickbacks from USAID. For instance, @aoc has been in Congress for six years. She makes $174K/yr. She is worth $30 MIL. The ONLY way that happens is kickbacks.
If Republicans were forced to tell the entire truth 100% of the time, they'd never win an election. They'd never even win a freaking argument.
Here's an example:
Screenshot of a post on X by Matt Walsh, responding to a video about a tiny home for homeless people. Walsh writes: "A homeless person will turn this into a horrifying shit and trash filled drug den in about 45 minutes. Homeless people are not homeless because they fell on hard times. Theyβre homeless because they are completely dysfunctional drug-addled vagrants who have no ability to live in civilized society, and no interest in even trying. It's time for everyone to grow up and start being honest about this issue." Below his post is a video from Mila Joy (@MilaLovesJoe) showing a man opening a tiny home on a city sidewalk, with the caption: "He created a tiny home that could solve homelessness."
Demonizing homeless people isn't some sort of heroic truth-telling.
It's a political tactic meant to divert attention from the poverty wages, unaffordable housing, and engineered neglect that created America's homelessness crisis.
Any democratic nation that seeks to avoid its βnegative historyβ rather than to learn from it will not be a real democracy very long
The internment of Japanese AMERICANS happened. Itβs important to understand HOW β what was the fear, reality, panic of that time /1

This is how itβs done.
Let's say their names:
* General CQ Brown, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff: FIRED FOR BEING BLACK
* Admiral Lisa Franchetti, Chief of Naval Operations: FIRED FOR BEING FEMALE
* Admiral Linda Fagan, Coast Guard Commandant: FIRED FOR BEING FEMALE
All replaced by less qualified white guys.
Exactly, letβs talk about anything besides what these wildly successful movies are about and the possibility that the resonance of their woman-centered stories has anything to do with why they are successful. Oohβ¦ gladiators.
There is no Glicked. There is no need to tie this very successful film to a movie no one cares about. How about we talk about how successful this musical adaptation is since they love to talk about when it isnβt.
Uh, because no other movie has ever split into two parts to better tell the story? Both of these films are superior storytelling by most accounts. And people are showing up for it. Iβm actually not a huge Wicked fan, but am told by those I trust this will surprise and delight.
So what they meant to write is, Barbie and Wicked, both movies centering women, have blockbuster openings well over $100 million. But we insist on tying them to less popular movies centering men merely because they open the same weekend and dragging down Wickedβs stellar performance by doing so.
