I have met so many wonderful fans in-person at conventions. All of this toxic discourse we see on the internet regarding fandom are only a small portion of the overall fanbase, most of whom have been lovely.

They think it's due to the stuff I'm exposed to on here, whether good or bad they always assume it's because of what I watch affecting my behavior. ....I think I might have a problem I say to myself, so....I'm thinking about taking a break till early summer at least.

We went to a pastor about this situation and I said that my name was Frank because I'm too scared to say my real name and that they might make fun of my name or say it in a weird way. That got me in trouble when we got home and again, they confronted me about it...

I keep on failing my grades because of worrying about missing out on the stuff my internet buddies might get into, and I'm losing the opportunity to make new friends irl and hang out with my family more...especially because my adopted sister just decided to leave the family.
