Money is welcome, yes. But it is who gets the input in how this is disbursed that is more problematic.

Mentioning that I am a Special School Head seems to give people a safe space to speak about the #SEND of their own or someone they know.
It is important to respect this feeling of trust as individuals are putting themselves in a vulnerable place.
