BLT's are divine, but don't settle on a favourite until you've tried a muffaletta sandwich. It's a Sicilian sandwich from an immigrant bodega in New Orleans. Put aged Italian meats and cheeses on a loaf of Italian bread with a delicious, hot and spicy olive relish that's to die for. Wonderful sando.

The Canada geese and ducks are back! The last pic was an experiment; I shot the goose through the weeping willow branches as it passed in front of a fountain which was giving off a faint rainbow.

I got out for a walk today and Kahlua was posted up at the window in the "cool fort" to watch me go.
