correction, I found the box and apparently those are oil pastels LMAO
it's one of my favorite things I've ever been gifted. The wax crayons are so bad that they'd be better melted into candles
I should find the art set for kids my mom once gifted me as a half joke and draw something with it
or maybe try to put other art supplies in there, the box itself was super nice
as I've said before, nothing wrong with wanting attention, but be Honest About It
so often "but I can't draw :(" translates to "but I want attention NOW"
they sit well!! and the plug part comes with like four or five different sizes soooo maybe worth a try??

Wearing earbuds I got recommended for my auditory processing issues and it's kinda wild? They tune out sounds from farther away and deep droning sounds get muffled too but they keep things near me clear. It's really nice, I can feel myself unclenching a little

crossing my fingers for you!! I might get a set of them just to try (and some rubbing alcohol lol). I have some gouache but I'm intrigued by the way some people use the HIMI gouache more like oil paints
I was wondering about the alcohol - if it doesnt damage the paint, I feel like it would be worth a try to mix some alcohol into the distilled water you're using (60-70%) to prevent mold from growing in the first place?

I was thinking about getting HIMI gouache because those jelly cups of paint make my brain go brrr but apparently they get moldy super fast? According to reviews and reddit. Which... makes sense, but what a shame

to get better at drawing, you have to draw badly a lot
it's almost like it's a skill like any other and not something people are innately good at
