IANAL but the fact that a lawyer with no experience in the area can beat federal lawyers repeatedly suggests DHS has operated way outside their authority. Right?
I had the same reaction initially but read the article. She asked for this to happen and created a new role for herself still at Bluesky, and has a say in who replaces her. I don’t think this is necessarily an indicator of pending enshittification.

"Venture capital", even temporarily, **ALWAYS** means outsiders put money in, and when outsiders put money in, outsiders want to get more money back than they put in. The only way to do that is by enshittification - ads, subscriptions to stop ad, paid gamification, "credits", "rewards". You'll see.

This puts me at 10 people released. I filed my 1st habeas petition 29 days ago. I am an incredibly small-time, nobody lawyer who knew nothing about immigration law the day I submitted that case. I barely know any more today. I had never sued the federal government and now I've beaten them 10 times.

Noem egged ICE on as they arrested innocent children, violated Minnesotans’ rights, and harassed entire communities. She smeared Renee Good and Alex Pretti. I’m glad she’s going but the problem isn’t going away with her. My eye is still on the ball and I’m going to keep fighting for justice.
