Washington D.C. - U.S. federal claims court judge rules in favor of U.S. DOT that the Gateway Development Commission's claim is moot since the government paid the $205 million owed for tunnel project.

I spoke to the hardened breed of NJ Transit commuters -including school-aged kids - bracing for disruptions after schedules were cut so workers can switch to a new track on the Portal Bridge.
Most everyone seemed ready for delays, but hoping for the best.
