2/2 I've had the issue since the 2018 esophagus surgery. Part of what the doctor calls "dumping syndrome", and it's a common side effect of that type of surgery. When I DO get restaurant food, I have to get it "to go" and eat at home.
1/2 Got a bit lightheaded again after eating again this afternoon, so had to lay down a while. Ended up dozing off for a couple hours. Those random lightheaded spells after eating sometimes are the reason I'll probably never sit down in a restaurant to eat again, too risky.

3/3 I NEVER get erroneous emails in the paid email service I use as my main account, but get TONS of emails meant for others in Gmail. They have got to be the worst email service on the planet.
2/3 Got a picture of the person's order on their front step, then a couple more emails after that apologizing for a delivery issue, and saying the person's account was credited $3.24.
1/3 Still getting emails meant for other people in #Gmail . Glad I don't use that account for anything "important". This time, it was multiple emails from "Doordash" about someone's McDonald's delivery.
