You wake up in the morning. Morning light is a big part of it.
It's much easier to "stay awake" then to "become awake".
But yes, we'll find out in due time. I already know that this is messing with my clubs morning ride schedule in the winter, lots of people can't squeeze the morning ride in now.

I am not surprised. When I took the test I only chose AI for the poetry.
The problem with the AIs writing is that it "over explains" and generally uses more simple structures. If you don't read a lot, this will read better to you.
So, I guess I should read more poetry.
This was a vote buying decision. They really don't care about all the negative consequences, because the loudest people are the night owls who don't crawl out of bed until 8 or 9 and then get pissed when they have no more daylight after work.

Very simple: PTSD is caused by a singular event. cPTSD is caused by prolonged abuse / trauma.
I am sure there's a gray area with regards to this, but that's sort of the rule of thumb I am going with.
Having been on a similar journey, though with Professional support, I found two books rather helpful: The Body Keeps the Score, and cPTSD from surviving to thriving.
The latter one really hit home hard. Gave me a headache when reading it.
