But stopping Russian LNG is crucial for humanity’s future too. The Arctic is warming 4x faster than the global average, accelerating sea ice loss. Climatic impacts of LNG’s methane are similar to coal. And Russia’s refusal to join the High Seas Treaty would make oversight more difficult.
Russian gas exports allow it to butcher Ukrainians in the dark: A single Russian LNG project in the Arctic yields enough $$$ to buy nearly 10 million artillery shells. The threat of Ukraine's colonization extends to all of free Europe.
The climate bill is here. 🧾💥 For too long, people like us have been footing the bill for climate chaos, while oil & gas corporations made trillions from making it worse.
